With over 25 years of industry experience, Dawna specializes in GMP compliance across both small- and large-molecule programs. Since joining TheQ in 2019, she has provided strategic consulting support to pharmaceutical and biotech companies at every stage of development—from early-phase clinical to commercial manufacturing. Dawna has held senior Quality leadership roles at multiple organizations, where she built and scaled quality systems, led regulatory inspections, and drove continuous improvement initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Notre Dame College and is based in the greater Boston area.

Brooke brings over 25 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract manufacturing organizations, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance. Since joining TheQ in 2016, she has held key leadership roles, guiding both small- and large-molecule programs through the complexities of GMP and GLP compliance at every stage of development. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to operational excellence and regulatory integrity. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University and is based in the greater Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.

Marcia founded TheQ in 1995, with a foundation of 10 years in direct industry roles spanning QA, QC, and Regulatory CMC. After transitioning into consulting, Marcia spent the next 30 years guiding pharmaceutical and biotech companies through complex regulatory landscapes and shaping TheQ's reputation for excellence. Based in the greater Boston area, Marcia became a trusted advisor and mentor to countless professionals across the life sciences sector.

In June 2025, Marcia retired after a remarkable 40-year career, leaving behind a legacy of integrity and leadership. Her impact on TheQ will be felt for years to come.
