About Us

Dawna has 25 years of industry experience and has been a consultant with the TheQ since 2019. She has extensive GMP QA experience in both small- and large-molecule programs at all stages of development and commercial. Dawna has held Quality leadership positions at several pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Dawna has a BS in Medical Technology from Notre Dame College, and is located in the greater Boston area.

Brooke has 25 years of industry experience, and has been with TheQ since 2016. She has held Quality leadership roles in pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as contract manufacturing organizations. Her extensive experience includes both small- and large-molecule programs, with an emphasis on GMP and GLP QA. Brooke holds a BS in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University and is based in the greater Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.

Marcia founded TheQ in 1995 and is looking forward to her retirement in June 2025. She has 10 years of direct industry experience in QA, QC, and Regulatory CMC, followed by 30 years of experience consulting with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Marcia has a BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, and a MS in Pharmacology from Northeastern University. Marcia is based in the greater Boston area.
